    MS Office uses a totally different activation system to Windows - You would appear to be using Office 2010 of some kind (which is not seen by the MGADiag tool), and therefore you should repost your query in the Office Answers forums for assistance.
     
    NOTE that unless you paid extra for Office when you purchased your machine, the installation of Office is almost certainly a Trial one - to properly activate anything other than basic services you would have to purchase a license, and use the Key from that to activate your current install (try reading the popup for a change!)
