  • Is is possible to rename a system view in 4.0?  I would like to rename Resolved Cases to Approved Cases

    - Find the view in the customize entities/Case/forms and views
    - Click Edit
    - Click "view properties"
    - Change the name
    - Save, publish and you should see your new name

  • Hi.

    Yes it is possible. Trough web interface of Microsoft CRM go Settings - Customization - Customize Entities, open Case entity, open Forms and Views tab, open Resolved Cases View, click View Properties, change name of view, click OK, click Save & Close, Click Actions - Publish. Reload your browser.
