CRM Email Router Incoming Profile : Authentication RRS feed

  • Hi,

    I have implemented CRM 4.0 in a test env, I have setup incoming and outgoing profile for CRM Email Router.
    The outgoing is successful. Incoming is failure.
    Type is exchange server
    authentication is windows authenticatio
    I have https://e2k7.d30.intra as the owa url (exchange 2007 sp1).
    and access is user specified.

    The certificate of owa is installed on the CRM router server. However the incoming profiles keep on failing.

    I wanted to ask if on CAS role of E2K7 te authentication needs to windows intergated or form based (right now it's form based).

  • Did you find a solution to your issue?  If not, is the e-mail router installed on the Exchange Server?  If so, try installing it on another server and use a Domain Admin as the e-mail router service login.
