MediaStreamingProvider.exe Application Error

Question

Hi,
my Media Streaming has stopped working and Dashboard says "Cannot access the media streaming settings...". I only have LightsOut AddIn installed (v. 1.5.1.1572). On server restart I get two errors in Application Log, see below. How would I start solving this issue?

I had uninstalled the Desktop Experience feature. Reinstalling it fixed the issue.

I'm having the same problem if thats any consolation.
Another thread also thought it was an add-in, but they thought it was one of the drive pooling add-ins.
I was using Stablebit, but that doesn't really help here.
Did you solve or re-install?
