Windows Installer 3.1 problems RRS feed

  • After updating my Win XP SP2 to SP3, the automatic updates stopped working refering error to windows installer. the version of windows installer found in my system32 folder is 3.0.3790.2180 which does not appear to be part of the 2 versions in the microsoft support list. Below is my log from the MGAD windows tab.

    Your issue does not appear to be related to Windows Genuine Advantage.
