    hello :

    Gentlemen
    I have a problem to add to my friends on Messenger ..
    The Problem as follows:

    As we used previously, we add friends to our buddy list. Then we gets a message that someone added us  to his list .. This is the usual and customary.
    recently i started  add new friends to my account in hotmail , but he didn't come to him  a message of any kind of requests for friendship.and i can't add him 2.
