Impact of having two Dynamics CRM Organizations in One Outlook Client

Hello Folks,
I am trying to implement two CRM org in one Outlook using outlook client. Is there any impact i should be careful of, i did not see any issue but i am not that experienced so if anyone has done this before and know the impacts or can share any best practices keep on mind, pls share.
How Contact Sync works in Multiple tenants, How can one can stop sync contacts from one to another. any other settings might impact.
Please Share.

Hi,
you can configure multiple organization in outlook, but you can synchronize only one organization with Outlook
