  • My subscription will expire in 10 days. I purchased my WLC from a legitimate retailer, installed and have been using ever since. A while back, I received an online notification that my subscription would be expiring on its expiration date and to renew if I wanted to update. I chose to renew then it told me that WLC was going to cease its coverage and to go choose another computer protection program. Two days ago, my neighbor said he just purchased WLC from a retailer. I have been attempting to contact support and billing only to get thrown into the same loop, over and over. Takes my info then makes me do it over and over, getting now where. Do I need to remove this software and choose another competitor since there is NO support?
