    i have been trying to install onecare on another computer  and it does not recognize my address and or password and i cannot reregister it because it says it is already registered. i know my user and password are correct because i use live to video chat.and they are the same name and password.i have uuninstalled and installed several times.and none of the helps seem to work.and it just gives me the urgent message then when i try to up date it says subscription expired but i still have 11 monthes to go.

    On the computer where One Care is installed and activated, open One Care>Help>About and you will see theLive ID associated with your One Care subscription.

    i keep getting error 3010 and when i go to One Care>Help>About .on my main computer all i get is the product id.every thing says its installed but it says my trial pirod has expired.but when i try to install it it says its already installed.

    The 3010 error indicates you are trying to purchase One Care with a Live ID that already has a subscription associated with it. I'm not really sure why when you enter your Live ID your subscription isn't recognized so I suggest contacting support for help with activation.
