E-mail router stops retrieve e-mails after delete RRS feed

  • Morning everyone

    I have installed email router successfully and it starts to retrieve the emails without no problem. Although while the emails were being retrieved for the first time (was a big quantity), ths client started to exclude the e-mails from the CRM interface in the Queue. After that, no more emails are being retrieved.

    I have already tried to exclude the queue and create again, and configure the e-mail router again. One thing that i have done and worked were install the e-mail router in another server and configure it from zero. But this not solve my problem because i need to fix the problem and not just work arround it.

    The email router log tells that are no more e-mails to be retrieved, but still are.

    This is some kind of bug? Does this has happened with someone before?

  • Did you try enabling email router log and check?, if not I would suggest to enable email router log and check the log file what is going...
