An email address in the "alternate email address" is unknown to me. As a result, I can't change my password. RRS feed

     I attempted to change my password this morning but then noticed there was an email address in the "alternate email address" field that's unknown to me.  Therefore I can't change my password.  Obviously my account has been compromised at one point or another.  Please help as soon as reasonably possible.
