Email from iPhone or other mobile devices RRS feed

  • Question

  • We're encountering issues were emails sent on mobile devices aren't getting into CRM regardless of using server side sync or the email router. We believe the issue is related to how Gmail (plus most other email providers) handles email from mobile device. To be specific, we believe the issue is that Gmail doesn't always include every outbound message in the "sent" folder. Thus when CRM makes a pull request on the POP3 service, the emails from mobile devices aren't included in the dataset provided by Gmail. Not 100% certain that's the root cause.  However, we've been banging our heads for a few days now, so any help anyone can offer on sorting out getting all emails sent on mobile devices into CRM will be greatly appreciated

  • Hello!

It could be due to E-Mail providers.

They could get some of e-mails as SPAM.

Try to make CRM to refresh at every single e-mail received.

    Mobile e-mails uses IMAP!
