Alcune difficoltà quando stampo le foto RRS feed

    Ho cominciato a stampare fotografie ma con scarsi risultati. Stampando la fotografia dopo aver seguito le istruzioni la foto mi viene fuori tutta rigata di rosso.

    Premetto che la mia stampante è una Photosmart C4780. Uso carta per fotografie HP lucida ho preso un pacco da 100. La cartuccia d'inchiostro è una 300 tricolour HP ed è nuova. Uso un computer HP da tavolo. Vorrei per favore sapere come eliminare il difetto delle righe rosse. Ho provato anche ad adattare i colori  ma il risultato è sempre lo stesso. Scarico sul computer le foto dalal emmoria della macchina  fotografica (una Samsung ES70 - ES 71.

    Apparently, your question is about some trouble printing photographs. Since this is completely unrelated to the Training and Certification forums, I suggest asking in an end-user suport forum. I presume that the HP desktop computer that you are using is running some variation of the Windows operating system.
