Hi WLID1966,
These regional settings are specific to the Project site level, and are not in sync with the Enterprise Project Calendar by any means.
The settings you will change here will effect your Project site calendar settings, for instance if you can change the Week start day and then browse your project site calendar you will witness the change. Same goes for the Start tiem and End time, change the time and verify the change in the calendar.
You can avail these options,
1: to sync you site calendar with your outlook calendar settings
2: if your project team follows the different work days/time for this project, you can modify the project site date/time with the same settings so that project schedule and project site stays at the same calendar level.
Hope this help you clear your thoughts.

Hi,
The Regional Settings within the Project Site define things like the date format and currency symbol used in the project site lists, they are separate from the enterprise calendars which define working / non working days inside the project schedules.
Hope this makes sense,

But there are also "Define your work week", Start Time, End Time... what hapens if these settings at project site level are in contradiction with the Enterprise Settings?
