Resource Plan - The Project is no longer checked out to you

  Hi,

  One particular plan's Resource Plan is throwing the following error.

  "The Project is no longer checked out to you"

  here is my observations:

  --> I did checkout the project plan

  --> No check-in pending jobs 

  --> It is happening with only one plan and other plans working fine.
