Report as SPAM button missing

Question

I was going looking at this thread http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en/transactsql/thread/92f9c9ee-af66-4002-aa5e-785c9450762d and I found that the button to flag the message is missing. I checked a few more threads and I don't see this button anymore.

Naomi,
you are asking for a button only Moderators can see, aren`t you ?

If you have got questions about this, just ask.

Say, in this thread I will definitely mark the last reply as SPAM http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en/Profile/thread/7cdc3396-a705-4186-837f-a8a6e195b726 but now I don't have a button.

No, I meant 'Report As Abuse' link. Funny, I see it on your reply, so may be I was just being blind before? I re-visit the threads.

I see it now also. So, either I was not seeing it before (going blind) or it miraculously appeared and disappeared.
