MCP Dashboard not loading properly ... anyone else having problems ? RRS feed

  • My boss has asked me to print off my Microsoft Certifications but https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/learning/dashboard.aspx does not fully load, all I am seeing are the Activity Indicators ... anyone else having problems? Wouldn't work yesterday either.

  • My dashboard is fine, but there does appear to be a problem viewing Transcripts.

  • Thanks for your reply Paul.

    So far I have tried it in Firefox, IE, Chrome and Edge.

    I also tried it on a 4G connection on my mobile as my Company have blocked Facebook (the F12 Developer Tools seemed to show that the Page is trying to make a connection to Facebook when it loads).

    No luck as yet.

  • Same for me. MCP.MICROSOFT.COM is not working properly. E.g. even Certification Planner button is not visible. Also they've removed MCP support e-mail address so no it makes it hard to report the issue.
