CRM synchronization issue-cant see account while offline

Question
-
I have a few users who synchronize but when they are using the offline access, they still do not see all of the accounts that they do when online.
I have had them synch then immediately check both online and offline accounts (all of which they own) and still the lists do not match.
I am beginning to look at this issue and I will start with local data groups but other than that, I am lost as to what it could be.
Anyone run into anyhting like this before?

Yes, this looks like local data group issue. update or add existing local data group to view alll accounts and then after adding local data group make sure user shnchronize with crm and then it should work fine..

Hi Kristen,
Have the users in question changed business units recently? I have seen an item in rollup 11 that seems similar to your problem:
- If a business unit is changed, the business unit is removed from the offline synchronization of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM client for Outlook client. Therefore, even if you are member of the business unit, you cannot access data in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 client for Outlook that is in "offline" status.

Hope that helps,
Rob
