    i cannot uninstall a program called cyberlink power produer, i have tried no end of uninstall programs but none of them will uninstall the said program, each time i try i get a message comes up ERROR THE PRODUCT DEFINITION FILE LOST. even if i reload the program it tells me that it is already on my system, and you will have to uninstall the program first. can anybody help with this matter please. thanks

    Try uninstalling from Safe Mode (reboot and keep tapping F8). If that doesn't work there are a number of free uninstallers, Ccleaner has an uninstall option. Revo Uninstaller is also good and can be found at www.revouninstaller.com/revo_uninstaller_free_download.html Scroll down to the end of the 'compare main features' for the download link
