Hello Cam1981,
Your Compaq Presario computer currently has nongenuine installations of both Windows XP Pro and Office Professional 2003.
Does the computer have a Windows Certificate of Authenticity (CoA) anywhere on it? (If so, don't post the product key.) For reference view this page: http://www.microsoft.com/howtotell/content.aspx?displaylang=en&pg=coa If not on the computer, maybe there was a Windows XP retail box included with the materials you got with the computer; the retail box has the CoA on the boxtop.
If there is a CoA then its very likely the computer is still licensed to run the version and edition of Windows listed on the CoA. You could contact Compaq customer service to see if recovery discs are still available, or you could try a third party supplier such as www.restoredisks.com
If no CoA, then you're pretty much out of luck. You'd have to purchase a genuine license for XP (the WGA kit directly from Microsoft is a good bet because (a) you know it's going to be Genuine and (b) it is very difficult to locate reasonably priced legitimate Windows XP licenses because they are out of production), or perhaps use an open source alternative such as Ubuntu Linux.
As mentioned, Office is nongenuine as well. If no CoA for Office, my suggestion would be to try out the free Office 2010 Beta, which will work fine until October 2010: http://www.microsoft.com/office/2010/en/default.aspx
