I had purchased my dell laptop in 2010.....it is having a genuine windows. I want to get my product Key....(The product Key on OEM slip has got rubbed or erased and is now not readable. I talked to Dell for the same but they say it is concerned with microsoft.)
How to get the product Keys ???

If you reinstall Windows 7 using Dell's recommended recovery procedure or Dell's Windows 7 Reinstallation disc, a product key is not required to be entered. So, the solution to your problem is to use either procedure to reinstall Windows 7.

You cannot use Belarc Advisor if the original version of Windows 7 was preinstalled. it will pull-up the one-time factory product key that cannot be used for reinstalls.
