what does CRM 4 add to IIS? RRS feed

  • Question

  • For a migration project I would like to check the base IIS setup against what we have.  Is there a listing anywhere of the pools, apps etc?  It would be nice if this were by role as we have separate SQL, SSRS and Async servers.

  • you want to migration you mean you want to migration 2 or more organization or you want to move from server to anothere server only if in this case you will not need to see the iis only install a fresh copy for crm with the same updates that installed on last server and restour backup to database and inmport organization.

but if you need to know about iis: crm install in top of intbup folder for iis inside wwwroot and make application pool for his site like any othere site and virtual diractoury.
