CRM Continually disconnects

Question
-
Good Afternoon,
I have one user who's outlook/CRM link continually disconnects and logs her off. If she uses the web interface, it's fine. She's running Serivce Pack 15 for CRM Dynamics 4.0. Any ideas? Running the CRM diagonistic tool doesn't help.

I still have to look back at some setting with the person's profile or machine. Even without AD authentication they could still have a profile issue. It could me a machine issue too, have that user log into a different machine and see if they get the same problem. That will show you whether it's potentially a problem with the user's machine.

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the CRM for Outlook Client?

We switched out her entire machine and it still happens.

It sounds like something might be messed up with the users active directory profile then.

I would not be surprised if you see outlook attaching to exchang and then disconnecting again. The web client is outside of that connection but since the Outlook client is incorporated with exchange, there could be Exchange issues involved.
Look at the security log and see what protocols are successful or failed on the work station.
Also run a Sniff on the wire and look at the traffic. See alot of SMB traffic?

outlook isn't disconnecting. just CRM. Plus the system is a hosted 3rd party system with no AD integration.
