Bring Campaign related records in Contact form

  Hi,  I need to bring in Campaign Grid within the contact form to show various campaign associated to a single contact. I understand we can navigate to the campaign sub entity within the contact form to look at the campaign but I am looking to bring it as a grid. Tried Codeplex and it doesn't work
