I cannot log into www.theknot.com due to Windows Live Onecare.  I dont know how to change Onecare's setting to allow me to access this website.  It is a safe website and I can access it from work.  Can anyone help?

  • OneCare does not block web sites. Something else is causing your issue.

  • One Care is the only difference between my work laptop and my home laptop.  All settings, etc are the same.  My fiances laptop also has One Care and I cannot log into that website on his laptop either.  Any ideas?

  • As I replied before, OneCare does not block web sites. This is simply not a function of OneCare. Are you using other security software on these PCs? Perhaps a custom Hosts file? Was the previous security software completely removed?

If it fails to validate your subscription, select the option that you are using a trial or beta copy and you can proceed to email support without validation once you've signed in.
