  • Hi,

    problem solved.

    Short description:

We have one EDGE server with tree roles and tree external NIC. Each role is binded on separate NIC.

These NICs are cnnected to one network segment with one default gateway. I had DGW on the Access NIC/role.

When I changed DGW to A/V NIC/role (other two cards have empty DGW), then communication starts without problem.

  • I use audio (both 1:1 and conferencing) via a federated connection with Microsoft and other federated organizations multiple times per week and have never experienced an issue in either my environment or the customers for whom I have set this up.

  • You probably have a bad configuration on your AV EDGE Server

Make sure that all the required ports are open

    UDP 3478, TCP 443
    UDP 50,000-59,999
    TCP 50,000-59,999
