    Can anyone give me a high level overview of what (if anything) the impact of an upgrade from 2003 to 2007 is on the MS CRM 4.0 outlook plugin?  Will I need to reinstall it? Modify anything?

    Hi Simon,

    I tested this a couple of weeks ago. I had a user on Office 2003 with CRM4 rollup 6 (desktop client) installed and I upgraded them to office 2007 without needing to do anything to the CRM client.
    The user hasn't reported any problems at least!
