CRM 2011 reply to all problem RRS feed

  • Hi all,

    When I click the Reply All button, the CRM also adds the sender to the TO field

    How can I fix this ?

  • Hi,

    By "Sender", are you referring to the sender of the original e-mail, or the sender of the new e-mail (i.e. you)? If you are experiencing the latter, then this is considered to be normal behaviour.

    Please clarify what is happening when you click on "Reply All".

  • Let me rephrase it...

    When I click the Reply All button, the CRM also adds ME to the TO field, so every mail I reply I also send it to myself .

    Is there any way to change it ?
