CRM 2013: Email subject and body being stripped out from Outlook client RRS feed

  • Hi,

    I am using Outllok 2010 client for 2013 and using option "Check Incoming email in Outlook and determine whether an email should be linked and saved as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM record" in "Set Personal Options" setting. My Incoming emails arriving in a particular mailbox are created in CRM but subject and body of the email message are blank. Not sure why.

    Can anyone shed some light on it ?

    Have you installed rollup for outlook client ?

    Also, try to enable outlook tracing on client machine --> Diagnostics.

    See if you get any error detail there
