    Hi,

    What should we submit in Project Scope(SRS) for the project taken in S2B program. I meant what should be exactly there in SRS.

       Dont worry about it .. coz you will get a TEMPLATE for SRS in the Software section in s2b program . It was not updated till now .. Will get updated soon ..., Wait for the Template and fill them and send .. Thats all !!!

    Hi

     

    Every project, before its start, need to be planed very well. This will help you to execute that project sucessfully. For that matter you can refer Software Engineering books. These will guide you through concepts like Project Scope, Requirement Analysis, etc...

     

    Microsoft has already defined some key points for writing these documents and planning for projects. You can refer it online. This document is called as Microsoft Solution Framework. Click on the link for more information.

    Well said... you require to do a lot of planning to make a project sucessful. To answer the specifc question that started this thread, you need to understand the requirements for the projects that have been provided by microsoft and use that to come up with the SRS. the SRS template has been provided for you reference by Microsoft. It is recommend that you use that template.

    The scope will depend on whether or not you choose to do the secondary objectives also.
