Billing doesn't match subscriptions yet RRS feed

  • I have waited since Friday Feb 13, 2009 for a subscription to be added to my account but I do not see it. The last confirmation step gave me an unspecifed error stating that the error was reported and the subscription would be corrected and altered to match the new date that it became active, and I decided to see if billing processed before trying again. Billing went through almost instantly. I have waited since then for the subscription to become active. Please let me know what else I need to do before getting stuck on the phone for an hour trying to talk someone through what is happening. The subscription shows in my list, but it does not allow me to actually use it yet.

    Please contact me at learnmgr@microsoft.com to address this issue.  We had a server in rotation that was causing a very small percentage of customers to experience what you are describing.
