How to review closed and Openk activites in a case without opening each activity RRS feed

  • A new case is created for every request of customer and the agent performs all the action through activates.

    So when the case is escalated, manager would like to view all the opened and closed activites for that particular case in expandad view so that they need not open each and every activity to understand what is happening.

    Is there any out of box functionality to achieve this or if not how to get a report view in this format.

    Expected steps:

    1) Manager would enter a case number, when submitted

    2) Should show all the Opened/Closed activities in expanded view

    Expected Result :

    Manager should be able to see the all the activities performed in that case in the order of action performed and should be able to what is updated on each activity
