I have a old Office XP licence but when my old computer went bang I replaced it with a new computer and re-installed my existing Office XP. I entered the Product Key and all was fine but now microsoft are restricting access stating that I have an illegal copy. This is only installed on one computer and I know it is geniune software. What can I do as the website a nightmare to find where I need to go and what I need to do? Any help is much appreciated as really do not want the inconvenience of purchasing new software and re-installing!!!
