Unable to configure MS Dynamics CRM 2013 Client for Outlook after installation RRS feed

  • Hi,
    I have CRM 2013 on premise in my organisation.
    And i installed Outlook client for CRM 2013 correctly.
    When i want to configure it with the wizard. It doesn't work and i dont have an error message.
    Just after the configuration initialized, the wizard remove the configuration.

  • Hello,

    is this a machine where a previous version of CRM client was installed? We had similar issues. After clicking the configuration wizard, nothing happens. Then we had to cleanup the previous installation before the wizard would work.
