    I had many troubles trying to increase the time and file size limits in WHSv1, and was never successful at sending 25gb files remotely.  Does 2011 share the same limitations?   Is it possible to setup 2011 without limits to time or file size for remote access?

    Yes, WHS 2011 has similar security constraints. See this thread:
