  I believe that  you're off topic for this forum, which is dedicated to Windows Live OneCare. You may want to try the Microsoft Public newsgroups here: http://www.microsoft.com/communities/newsgroups/list/en-us/default.aspx

   

  However, my personal opinion is that most software purporting to resolve errors is not worth buying and any offered via a popup is likely nothing more than a scam delivered via a spware/adware infection.
