  • Question

  • Dear Sir/Madam
My computer has identified that I have an illegal copy of microsoft office.  This cannot be the case as I purchased the computer from PC World some 5/6 years ago and the package came complete with microsoft office.  I have been having problems with the computer recently & I am unsure if a virus has damaged the programmes.
    Can you help?
Unfortunately I no longer have the installation discs as my ex husband removed them during our divorce two years ago.  In effect this means that I cannot prove that the software I have is a legal copy.
Is there any other way of finding this information?
    Sincerely,
    Julie Betts
