  • i looked at that before i wrote this post. Now that im ready to buy the items in the offer, it says im not eligible. the last time i looked and thought about buying the items was a month ago and decided not to purchase anything yet. At that time my pc was eligable and it gave me a code. This time i am ready to buy and now it says i am not eligable.

  • Hi Socnfoot,

We are going to need to talk with you about your specific issue, but it would be cumbersome to do so over the Forum.

Would you please go to https://support.microsoft.com/oas/default.aspx?c1=509&gprid=9860 and create a Support Incident. Afterward, post the Incident Number here in this thread. We will then contact you directly.

    Thank you,
