Assigning new owner doesnt work RRS feed

  • Hi, 
    When I go to accounts or opportunitites, and I want to change the owner (Assign -> assign to another user or team) it simply does not work... the pop up windows closes and thats all... the owner doesnt change :/
    how to solve this?

  • Can you provide more detail about the error?

    Do you use CRM Online or CRM Onpremise?
