Question to Win 10 Preview users who have upgraded to Public version RRS feed

  • For those preview users who have now upgraded to the public version of Windows 10, did the upgrade break the fix for Money?  If so, did restoring the registry hack fix the problem again?

  • Someone must have updated from the preview version to the released version.  Did it change the registry entry back to one that does not work for Money?

  • My housemate has upgraded from 8.1 to 10 and Money wouldn't run, with the IE6 error message.  Fortunately, the registry hack has indeed enabled access to Money again, so she's happy!

    She's running Money 2003 (version 11).

  • Thank you, but that is not the question I am asking.  I want to hear from someone who was using the Technical Preview of Windows 10 and who used the registry change to get Money to Work again in the Preview.  When they upgraded from the preview to the released version of Windows 10 I want to know if Money continue to work or if they had to do the registry change again.
