Help me understand this?! Windows came pre-installed on this PC a long time ago and now this pops up?? I have been updating files and drivers and running various scans trying to fix some internet lag lately, all I can think of.

There is not apparent problem with your report - it shows the system to be activated, and was validated on 10th July.
Is the notification still showing? Did it disappear as you ran the tool?
