I bought a Windows Genuine Advantage Kit for Windows XP Professional (Dutch) but did not receive a Product Key. How can I obtain a Product Key?

Almost the same here. I bought my kit 8/22/2006 but yet have to receive the key.
I opted for the US XP Pro and I live in the US.

same for me. I have ordered a genuine kit 18/08/06 and i haven't received the key. I have contacted direct-mar@msdirectservices.com but no answer :( What must i do?

I called MS in the NL and they resend the mail with the product ID.
It seems that MS mail is handled if it is SPAM.
