I bought a Windows Genuine Advantage Kit for Windows XP Professional (Dutch) but did not receive a Product Key. How can I obtain a Product Key?

What location of the world are you in? (country-wise) - I can get the support contact information for your local area to get the issue resolved.

  • Almost the same here. I bought my kit 8/22/2006 but yet have to receive the key.

I opted for the US XP Pro and I live in the US.

So..how long does it take to receive the key?

  • I called MS in the NL and they resend the mail with the product ID.

It seems that MS mail is handled if it is SPAM.
