Can't create activities in Mobile Express RRS feed

  • So I've discovered Mobile Express; and customised my CRM to include all entities and all their attributes in Mobile Express (probably overkill but wanted to make sure that wasn't the issue). 

    Oddly enough, I cannot create or edit some activities -- for example, while I find a way to create a task, I cannot seem to create a phone call, nor can I edit existing phone calls even if they are still open.

  • Unfortunately this is a limitation of Mobile Express. Given a common use for Mobile Express is for a mobile service team to log their activities this makes Mobile Express a little limited. I'm really hoping they modify this aspect of the add-on sooner rather than later.

    Just to inform you that in iDcrm, if you're allowed to, you can create / edit a record on every available entity not just Activities. 
    The new iDcrm 1.2 has been released today and it allows to use Microsoft CRM online too. It improves the stability and performance of iDcrm and corrects open issues.
