One Care back up settings not changing.

I have set the back up to go to drive J - external Seagate free agent go 250GB USB. However everytime I attempt to complete a back up it try's to back up to CD/DVD.
How can I get this to change so that I can back up t external drive?

If you are changing the backup location you will have to reset your backup plan. How to reset a One Care backup plan -
