Live Meeting - Content Failed to Download - Config Error RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

I am running an OCS Enterprise Pool in consolidated configuration and for the last few weeks I am having a problem with viewing content uploading in meetings. For a very long time this stays at 'loading' and then displays the message 'content failed to download due to a problem with the conference center'.

I cannot be 100% sure but I think this co-incides to when the service accounts all expired, because password never expires wasn't enabled. At this time the password was changed and this was changed on all OCS Services through the Windows Services and also on the IIS pool.

The content for the meetings is stored on a different server. I have checked all of the share and folder permissions, even opening these to everyone without success. I have re-issued the certificates for the Pool and IIS and this made no difference.

I have followed through the help in the posts below, also without success:

I have noticed an OCSGuestAccess account mentioned in a few places but I cannot see where the password for this account is set.

Any suggestions would be gratefully received.

    Steve
