CRM 2013 Form Edit Error RRS feed

  • I have been looking at customizing the 'Appointment' form in CRM 2013, however now it appears that whenever I open the form to edit it (any of them), I get an exception and cannot edit the form at all because of this!

    Have tried restoring the entity from a backup but am still getting the same thing! :-(

    Has anyone ever experienced this before or had a similar issue and found a way to resolve this?

  • Yes,

    Try:

    1- Create a trial CRM online;

    2- Create new solution with just the Appointment Entity;

    3- Export as Unmanagement and inport in your CRM;

    This will clear all changes that you made on Appointment Entity.

  • Yes, had to end up starting again from scratch but still cannot understand as to the original cause?

  • Is complicated to answer. You did someting bad in your customization.

    Anyway CRM should have a "reset" customizations button, but don´t have :(
