i would like to know the certifications and its costs for a 4rth year B.Tech degree student .

I would also like to know whether Microsoft provides any free of cost exams or certifications ?

All of the information on Microsoft Certifications can be found on their site.

As to Microsoft paying for the cost of the exams....not gonna happen.
