  • This machine was manufactured before Windows 7 was released.

    There is an apparent SLIC table for Windows 7 present - which cannot happen.

    There are also signs of a well-known activation hack.

    The installation is counterfeit

    If the system has a COA sticker - for what version and edition of Windows is it valid? You should use the manufacturer's Recovery media to reurn the system to ex-factory state, and then upgrade as appropriate with genuine media and Key.
