Your HP Pavilion computer does not technically have a Microsoft Office Suite installed. You really have four separate programs installed, each of which happen to be programs that are available both individually and packaged in various combinations to make up various editions of the Microsoft Office 2007 Suite. Each of these programs installed on your HP Pavilion computer is a Volume Licensing edition of these programs, and three of the four programs (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) are reporting as nongenuine installations because they were installed using an Invalid Volume Licensing Product Key.
Each of the Office component programs installed on your HP Pavilion computer is an edition of the program that is properly sold only thru the Volume Licensing program to larger businesses, educational institutions and governmental agencies. Three of the four installations were done with Invalid Product Keys made by a pirating program known as a Key Generator. The product key were NOT issued by Microsoft, making them Invalid.
At the moment, Access 2007 is reporting as Genuine, but it is only Genuine if it is being used by the organization that holds the current and valid Volume Licensing Agreement with Microsoft for this product. If you or the business, educational, or govermental organization you are associated with is not that organization, then your use of this product is nongenuine.
If your use of the installed Office component programs is in association with a larger business, educational institution, or governmental agency that might have a Volume Licensing Agreement with Microsoft, please report this nongenuine problem to your organization's IT support staff for further troubleshooting and resolution.
If you are an individual consumer, you should never have been sold Volume Licensing materials such as VL discs, and you certainly should not have received Invalid Product Keys for these products. Quite often people purchase what is advertised and packaged as retail licensed software, but all too often, the products they receive are counterfeit Office programs or products that are misrepresented as retail products. This is a very likely scenario especially if you purchased these products from an online auction site or a no-name online store.
Your first course of action is to confront your seller with this information and demand a full refund. If the seller refuses to help, please pursue whatever remedies are available to you thru the selling venue, your payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc), or the legal system in your area.
Also, depending upon whether you received "high quality" counterfeit materials, you may qualify for the Office Complimentary Offer or for the Office Genuine Advantage discounted offer. Please see the FAQ here: http://www.microsoft.com/genuine/downloads/FAQ.aspx?displaylang=en#ID0EKNAC If you decide to participate in the Office Genuine Offer, please initiate the process by clicking on the "Learn More Online" link shown in the nongenuine notices on your screen.
