Worked for me=) You could use ANY Windows XP CD (professional or home edition) to go through this process and get your computer back working again. (If you or your family cannot find one or have one, ask to borrow from a friend). I borrowed my dad's windows xp professional cd even though I have windows xp home edition. If you do not have xp and you have another type of windows, then I don't know.

Follow the exact directions on this website.

Note - if your computer does not reconize the cd when you put it in, click the "ESC" key on the keyboard until a message comes up to choose what you want to start windows with. When it comes up, use the arrow keys and keep on going to where it says CD ROM (make sure its highlighted) and then press enter. After that, you are set to work from your cd now. =)
